The main case come very damaged in the post and the carry on came without the opening in the front which I needed to keep my flight documents in or I still had to take a back pack with me. I have sent the packages back for a refund which I sent back last Saturday and am still waiting for my refund of £599,

I bought a medium 24" check-in suitcase in lavender for my next holiday in 2027, so haven't travelled with it yet. The colour is lovely and the quality looks good. The order was processed quickly and the delivery was very efficient. I live on the top floor of a block of flats. I was very impressed that the delivery man came right up to my floor with the parcel. Most couriers usually just dump parcels by the entrance on the ground floor, and don't even ring the doorbell.

I have not got a Nobl air . But you have just taken £99 off me which I want back. I did not subscribe for this . You added it as free when purchasing cases which were returned and waiting on a refund for these as well. Stop charging me for items I don't have. And refund me my money which is getting close to £1000 now and I have nothing!

The first time I put the cover on it started unravelling on one corner. Either I have a faulty one or the material needs better stitching and thicker material.

Bought for long haul flights to Asia. Sturdy, secure and unbelievably easy to manoeuvre, even at full capacity (32 kilos). Very impressed.
Order #1848 19” carry on case 17 July 2026 The issue is dimensions. I ordered an all in one carry on in Silver on 9/11/25 Order #269613 (to my Dubai address). The dimensions were 56x36x23 cm which were perfect. The one I ordered is advertised as 55x35x23 cm. But in reality it’s only 53x32x22cm. Too small. Have requested an exchange but am still waiting
Never received. It was hold of by the logistics company and never delivered. NOBL support are wasting time and they're super slow on replying and didn't sort out a replacement.

Large case well suited for extended travel plans. Travel with smaller 19 case for complete set. And weekend bag is more than enough for a weekend, seams sturdy. No instructions for changing combo number thou.

The luggage arrived damaged, scratched and not as described. I ordered the carry-on bag with a laptop pocket and I received different one to the one one that was advertised.

Reported arrived damaged. Even having been told it would be replaced still waiting for return labels. Now going on Holiday without my new carry on.
It glides perfectly, it’s very roomy and sturdy too, the colour really pops and I love taking it with me on my travels. Cup holder is disappointingly flimsy and doesn’t fold back properly after a couple of uses so I’m a bit sad about that Otherwise brilliant

Order not completed properly. Your team are incompetent to fulfill order correctly. I was meant to get a weekender bag and ended up with 2 x packing cubes. Customer service has been really poor. I reported it over a week ago and I’m still waiting for a shipping label ( seriously how long does it take to create one) this normally takes seconds with other companies. There is no sign of shipment of correctly fulfilling my order this should be done in parallel of you getting the excess packing cubes. Very unhappy. I will be telling others not to buy.
